Reflexology
It is a fantastic way to switch off, relax and enjoy having your feet massaged. I can help relieve tension and treat conditions through reflex points on the feet or hands, if preferred, which link to every body part.

Sports & Relaxation Massage
Suffering from an old niggling injury, perhaps back ache, plantar fasciitis, tennis or golfer’s elbow, I can help. Sports massage can also be used as a preventative treatment. No one wants to be injured, so why not start now? Relaxation massage, pamper yourself … you deserve it!!
